I don't recommend this item

I use them in two occasions and I was very satisfied with them, but when I put them to charge the battery a red flashing light was on. I communicate with Jabra and very quickly sent me new ones, which again had the same problem only that this time there was not any kind of light on. Once more I communicate with Jabra and again they sent me new ones. I used them for one run and guess what! Not working this time a solid red light on. So I give up.
So now I have three pairs but not working at all. The funny thing is that they send me the headphone without asking for the ones I have. That means it's not worth it to fix. I recommend you before buying this product to check for others reviews on the web and you will see what I'm taking about. …

I bought a set for my new iPhone 5s but only after 2 weeks of running, the rubber ear insert tore on one of the pieces. I do like I bought a set for my new iPhone 5s but only after 2 weeks of running, the rubber ear insert tore on one of the pieces. I do like the convenience of the Bluetooth feature as there is not wires that you have to play with. The other down side to this set is that if you can't get a good fit inside your year the size of the set makes them slide off your ear. I continue to use them but prefer to use a hat to keep them in place. …

(1) I tried to sync them to my iPhone for FaceTime and couldn't no matter how much I troubleshot (2) The battery life drains pretty quickly - while trying to sync and troubleshoot them, it drained the battery life which left me with hardly any juice left before the first 3 hours of a 9 hour flight. If I could return them, I would. I couldn't believe that after spending so much money on these, I had to pick up a pair of conventional headphones from the airport electronics shop because I left mine at home. Totally disappointed at best. …

The actual design and comfort of the headphones are great. But the speakers in them is not great, the speakers are terrible quality and it they have no bass what so ever. Such disappointment! And, I missed my 14Day return date!
I agree with all the other honest reviews about the common issues with this product. — The perfectly designed headphones we all lo I agree with all the other honest reviews about the common issues with this product. — The perfectly designed headphones we all look for....and, that's still somewhat true: The shape is good, they are very capable of achieving an "awesome-secure fit", the multiple gel inserts are great for finding one that's most comfy for your ear size & shape, and the sound is really good(when it's happy & working)...See, that's when the Negatives come in. They're very picky headphones! They'll cut out even while my phone is right next to me, then if I look to another direction, or turn the wrong way. They have a little temper-tantrum by cutting in & out and in & out without any reason. – Oh! And, if I walk away from my phone for more than 5-6 feet! – NO range what`so ever! The FM radio sounds like an old AM radio, kinda like the one I used to play around with as a kid. I really wish I was being dramatic here, because I know it sounds that way. Sadly, I'm only sharing my honest truth. I've had these for a month or so now and I've tried. I have really tried to like them. These were my first pair where I spent a good amount of money on, looking for higher quality. I can honestly and easily say that I would compare them to $20-30 value bluetooth headset and classify them as a good, decent product & purchase, but only at that amount, because that's the class of headphones where they qualify, in my opinion. …
