The first time it would only stayed connect to my computer for a few minutes, never long enough to use. Two calls to the help number included in the package proved fruitless. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with them, after 2 hours of trying myself -- no good. They even have the supervisor on the line. It wouldn't stay connected, so I returned it. A few weeks later I ordered another one. ( I dreamed of a wireless numeral keypad.) The second one never connected at all. So I returned it also. Neither one worked. Very disappointing.

So frustrating. Probably too late to return it.

Make sure when you look at this little numeric keypad you notice that comma or apostrophe is not added. Big FAIL. I think the purpose of the keypad was to shortcut and quicken the numeric process yet this keypad won't help if you are a designer, architect or any other project involving measurements...don't measurements and numbers go hand by hand?
So beware builders and designers...you will not be able to relay feet, inches or dimensions of any programs such as AutoCad, Sketchup, Revit etc....without ultimately having to go back to your keyboards numeric upper row, o whats the point.

For anyone else aside from accountants its like buying sneakers without laces. Disppointed.

This keypad worked for several months and then just quit working. When that happened I searched the troubleshooting section of the This keypad worked for several months and then just quit working. When that happened I searched the troubleshooting section of the user manual with no luck, so went online to see if there was something I could do. I was extremely disappointed to find out that many, many others had the same problem with no solution. I do NOT recommend this product and am surprised that Apple even sells it.
