The first time it would only stayed connect to my computer for a few minutes, never long enough to use. Two calls to the help number included in the package proved fruitless. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with them, after 2 hours of trying myself -- no good. They even have the supervisor on the line. It wouldn't stay connected, so I returned it. A few weeks later I ordered another one. ( I dreamed of a wireless numeral keypad.) The second one never connected at all. So I returned it also. Neither one worked. Very disappointing.

When you do get it connected after hour of frustration, it is slow, cuts out and stops working. There is no warning, but it gets worse when the battery life gets low. Mine is now a door stop as it will not work at all, even with new batteries. I cannot believe a quality company like apple has these in their stores. Less than 1 star!!!!

I thought it would complement by wireless Apple keyboard, but it consistently drops out and have trouble reconnecting as well as incredibly short battery life. I have decided to just buy an Apple corded keyboard with a number pad.
