The first time it would only stayed connect to my computer for a few minutes, never long enough to use. Two calls to the help number included in the package proved fruitless. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with them, after 2 hours of trying myself -- no good. They even have the supervisor on the line. It wouldn't stay connected, so I returned it. A few weeks later I ordered another one. ( I dreamed of a wireless numeral keypad.) The second one never connected at all. So I returned it also. Neither one worked. Very disappointing.

Purchased this because I've always been faster at inputting numbers with a 10-key over using the top row of the keyboard. Fit and Purchased this because I've always been faster at inputting numbers with a 10-key over using the top row of the keyboard. Fit and finish is first-rate... but that's about it. First off it eats batteries like no device I've ever had. It doesn't automatically turn on (during boot up) or shut down like other bluetooth devices, and it freezes up continually which requires turn it off and on. I've tried deleting and pairing it again and every other thing I can think of. Now it just sits (unused) on my desk.

However, I went ahead and purchased from the Apple Store and brought it home, put the batteries in, followed the Quick Install Guide (5 steps), the tricky part is that after pairing, you'll be asked to press button to the right of the shift key (doesn't exist) simply continue and select "US/ANSI" and your set!
