Good but not perfect
This product is good. It fits on most exercise machines. I have one complaint. It would be nice if you could attach this to your m achine vertically. Some apps (such as couch to 5k), and magazines on iBooks and nook app only stay vertical. This exercise mount stays horizontal which makes it impossible to read. …

Finally! This is exactly what I've been looking for!
Hands down great product. I've been searching for something like this since I bought my iPad 1 and it's finally here. It's holds s teady to the treadmill, even while running and when the treadmill shakes a little, and I've never had a problem with it. Its particularly great for use on exercise machines that already have some sort of monitor at eye level - it hooks right over the top. Great product, I'd recommend it to anyone. Makes walking/running on a treadmill or using an elliptical so much easier when I can watch tv shows and movies the whole time!
Only product suggestion I might add to make it more versatile would be to give it telescoping hooks so that if someone's monitor or surface is thicker it can be adjusted to fit. Luckily all the machines at my gym fit this product just fine. …- Written by Catherine H from Chicago

Awesome to fight the boredom (and the commercials) on the treadmill
Bought this item yesterday and tried it out twice on the treadmill, it's pretty awesome. Finally I can watch my favorite shows and movies while running...and finally i don't have to settle for TV shows, news interrupted by tons of commercials.
The iPad mount seems very stable and the way it is engineered, it is pretty much guaranteed that it won't fall off the treadmill. Furthermore it is very compact and can be transported to the gym rather easily in the pouch which comes with it.
The only downside is the price: 50 Dollars for this item is way too much; 30 Dollars would be more appropriate.
Happy running. …- Written by ARMIN F from Cambridge

Didn't fit my excersize bike.
Oh well. I am able to use it if I tie the swing arms to my bike. It is an older bike but has a panel on the front of it, unfortuna tely not a big enough panel for the arms of the mount.
Plus, I like the fact that it safely adheres to the black tape strips, but the ipad tends to get stuck to them if left on the mount for too long, even just 24 hours. …- Written by Donna G from Tewksbury

Works for Mini
Purchased this for my mini and it works great. There is a piece of material in the middle/back of the mount with a lip on it to h old your ipad securely in place. If you wrap this piece of cloth around the bottom rung before fitting it over the top of the mini it fits perfectly. Great purchase! Great angle for desktop. Ordering one of my Fella who unfortunately does not exercise but travels a lot so he can use it as a stand to watch movies while traveling. …
