Reviews for Bose QuietComfort 3 Headphones with Remote and Mic

I bought these headphones in October 2012 and they already don't work. I need to get them replaced with my warranty. I spent £300 on these and find this outrageous.
Don't get me wrong these are not bad headphones because the sound deafening really works well. The acoustics aren't that great and seem a bit artificial, not crystal clear as you'd expect. Every time you use them you need to recharge the sound deafening battery otherwise they wont work without it. There seem to be some serious reliability issues with it because I read on other reviews that there headphones also stopped working.
Dont' waste your money on these!! THIS PRODUCT IS FLAWED just get something else with better sound quality and reliability.

I went through two pairs of these in 18 months. Within the first year, I lost all sound in one ear, despite looking after them very well. Becuase they were in warrantly, Bose kindly replaced them free of charge. However, the EXACT same thing happened to the new pair a few months later, and this time, becuase the warranty (for some reason) ran from the original purchase, they refused to replace them. A friend of mine had the same problem with his, too. I asked about repairs only to be told that "It would cost more for us to repair them than to produce a new pair". If I'm spending £300 on a pair of headphones, I expect them to last years, rather than months, and I also expect a repair service, particularly if they are cheaply made in China (which these are).

The sound IS good, don't get me wrong. But not that good. They often sound a little muddy in the bass frequencies. I replaced these with a pair of the AIAIAI studio headphones and I have never looked back, but if I wanted noise cancelling I would go Seinhesser. Don't waste your money on these.

The name of product says it all - comfort. These are the only pair of headphones my wife actually likes. Why? 100% comfort. The ear cushion material is incredibly soft. The band does not apply much pressure (making every Beats headphones feel like clamps). It is simply put - the most comfortable pair of headphones my wife has ever worn.

If you want sound quality, you will never buy Bose or Beats. These are "good" not "great" for sound quality, but for comfort they are best in class.

Congratulations Apple! Nine business days after having placed my order, your reject "priority express" courier (TNT) - what a joke - finally attempts delivery, but wait for it, to the WRONG ADDRESS.

The nice people at 7 CHURRINGA (not Curringa Ct, as clearly recorded on my order) Street dropped round with a "Sorry we missed you" card that some TNT doofus had left in delivering this way overdue item.

Not my responsibility to fix Apple's clusters, or those of your agents. As I stated when I cancelled my order via your return process, you can take it back from your idiot courier company directly. I've already disputed the charge with my credit card company for failure to receive goods, and reordered the item directly from Bose.

Never again will I ever order anything from the Apple Store - MEGAFAIL!

I used it with iPod classic, and the sound was great. The volume limit for iPod is better compare with iphone 4. Which is quite small volume. The noise cancelation feature is good. Maybe the price will be the issue for this product. This product is bloody expensive.

Got this for travel, very good while flying international. It is small and compact so easy to carry. comes with all Air Lines adapters. Phone calls also works file without any fuzz. Ensure to charge fully before first time use.

I have been used the AKG brand the volume and base was amazing and going to buy the bose noise cancelling but after test i cancelled this great brand because the volume and base was like cheap \ normal headphones and just noise canceling and quality of body material and design by BOSE logo waz hreat and best seen ever

i really wish i could just return this junk back to apple store ... like really at this pricetag

1) output level is LOW - everything has to be listened to on max volume
2) the microphone is mounted in such a position you literally have to hold it to your mouth for the counter party to hear anything .

if anyone affiiated with apple stores is reading this your help returning it would be greatly appreciated.
