Reviews for Belkin FastFit Armband for iPod touch (4th Gen.)

This is an ideal product but the material is a little cheap. It has a dual purpose you secure it on your arm or you can remove the pouch and clip the iPod to your belt. That is great! Also the secondary piece, which secures the earplug cord from swinging, is nice too. I gave it three stars because the strap in the back of the pouch, which secures the iPod, is unreliable; the strap is short and it doesn't secure to the velcro well.

In fact, the day I had purchased it and wore it on my belt then suddenly my iPod came out of the pouch and dropped on the ground, scarred the, beep, out of me! Fortunately my iPod wasn't scratched nor damaged. If the company was to get better material, redesign and lengthen the strap it would be a five star product.

I've had my Belkin Armband for over 9 months and it's still going strong. The velcro at times does not close well, but i've never had the iPod fall from the Armband, even while running. I do usually keep a tight fitting Sonix snap on case over the iPod and work it into the Armband, fits very snugly and it's tight to pull out, which is probably what's kept it from falling loose during my runs when the velcro opens. Other than that, I've quite enjoyed owning it.

A recommendation for Belkin - place the velcro strap on the top of the Armband, as it eventually wears and doesn't hold as well, the device will be unable to fall and possibly break.

This case only fits 4th Gen Ipods, which apparently are smaller than previous ones, however the box doesn't say that. If you haven't spent a few hundred dollars to get unneeded upgrades, then you won't be able to use this case.
