Can the Ipad 4 sync with the Nike Fuel Band?

I have an Ipad 4 (Retina Display) and am considering getting the Nike Fuel Band. However, the online Apple Store only shows the Iphone and Itouch in the compatibility section, even though there's a picture of syncing via USB with a MacBook Pro in the above photos. Also, under the "Did you notice" section, it mentions the following: Sync via Bluetooth wireless to your Nike+ FuelBand app.

That said, can the Nike Fuel Band sync with the Ipad 4 and thereby provide the same functionality as the iTouch sync? Granted, I'm not planning to run with my iPad, but if I can sync my workouts and accomplishments, that'd be great. Thanks!!

What is the difference between the iPad 2 smart covers and the new models?  MC950LL/A vs MD304LL/A

Both of those models seem to be the same product, one is just originally made when the iPad 2 came out, and the new model came somewhere around the 3rd or 4th gen iPad. What is the difference??

Should I get an iPad Mini or an iPad 4th Generation?

I am going to be a college student next year and I am going to use some of my graduation money to buy myself an iPad. I already have a macbook pro and I love it. The iPad would mainly be used as a secondary device to watch Netflix, play games, respond to emails and the like! I will also be doing a lot of traveling during the year (member of my University's football team) So i will spend a lot of time on planes and buses during the fall. What model do you think is right for me?
