I have had 4 of these in the past month and have had the same problem with each. They work fine until i suspect a wire comes loose I have had 4 of these in the past month and have had the same problem with each. They work fine until i suspect a wire comes loose in the top of the cable (where it enters the device), then it will only work when it is pulled or pushed into certain directions, until eventually it will not work at all. Im sick of wasting money on these cablels. A new cable must be brought out.

I plug them in carefully, and make sure to never pull them out by the cords. I'm super mindful, almost reverent of how delicate they are, and still, they manage to break somewhere inside the cable and stop charging my devices. I love my iphone, and I'd like to keep using Apple's products in the future, but the lightning cable is GARBAGE. My knockoff cable cost me $8, and lasted the same amount of time, so I'm not sure the real deal is even worth the cost anymore. Shame on you, Apple. Have you seen the reviews of this product? There are over 1000 1 star reviews for this product. Get it together, Apple! And while you're at it, your ear buds never stay in my ears.

My wife and I both upgraded from 4 and 4S respectively to 5C. The phone is fine, the recharging cable it the PITTS! The plastic My wife and I both upgraded from 4 and 4S respectively to 5C. The phone is fine, the recharging cable it the PITTS! The plastic on the connector is cracked, and the rubber on the cable is split and bunched up. I might be able to understand this if I rough-handled the product...but I don't. I am very careful. After reading all the reviews it is obvious that this is a poor product. I just looked at the replacement price of $20 and consider this a scam. Apple should recall the product and provide a new, re-designed cable at their own expense.
    PLEASE, FIX IT, APPLE!
