Will the iPad anti glare film fit the iPad2?
- Asked by Vicki R from Wooster
- 27-Apr-2011
- Flag as inappropriate
Best AnswerTechnically it will fit, there was no change in screen size, your only concern would be your front camera. The camera will show things a bit fuzzy, but besides that you should have no problem with it. I personally put a small drillbit where the camera hole should be, on the film, and took out that small bit very evenly.
Hope that helps.- Answered by Giovanni R from San Antonio

Best AnswerDefinitely yes! My puppy chewed on my screen when I had this on and when I took it off, my screen is totally spotless, untouched, and scratch free. This film can protect against teeth marks made from dogs, that I can guarantee cause it happened to me!

Is there a case that has a plastic cover over the front and back?
It has a full covering so it is fully covered with a opening for the cameras and home button.
- Asked by Christopher L from Santa Fe

AnswerYes, it is called an Otter; I have one on my new iPhone 5,it is totally enclosed including the screen so no need to buy an additional shield to protect the front. They have one for the mini but I feel it is too bulky so am waiting for apple to come out with the smart case for mini which I just bought for my iPad 2.

Is this hard to put on(like on the right place)? Does it make air bubbles and things like that? Does it feel different than just the regular screen?
I'm sorry i'm asking so much but im just wondering. What I mean by these questions are when ur trying to put on the Ainti -Glare film on ur itouch is it hard to put it in the right place so its lined up right. When its on does it make air bubbles and does it make it harder to like tap stuff and do more detailed things. Does it feel like its not there or something else.

Best AnswerI did not find it hard to put it in the right place. The film has two cutouts - a small one for the camera at top and a larger one for the home button -- so I placed the touch on a flat surface, simply held the film on the outer edges (so as to not put any fingerprints on the film itself) and slowly placed it over the screen. It literally attached itself without any air bubbles. It's my son's iPod Touch and he says the screen doesn't feel different. However, he says he thinks it's easier to slide his finger on it now that it has the film on it. Only real difference he sees is that it makes the screen slightly darker due to the anti-glare properties.

Answerthe screen protector will not damage your screen, even if left on there for a REALLY long time. the adhesive on the screen protector is not strong enough to damage the screen, and it peels off without leaving any residue.
