Facetime will need to be turned on in settings-->FaceTime. Once enabled, it is accessed through the contacts app. Select a contact and you will see a facetime button appear. If it does not appear, then that contact does not have facetime enabled.

I am disabled and cannot visually read my Facebook messages. I have an iPhone 4s. Siri reads my email and many other web sites, but I can not get my Facebook messages read to me.

AnswerYep! Long as its within the first 30 days of purchase, is not damaged, and both applecare and the iphone are purchased in the same country. Just bring it in to your local apple retail store
