Can You use this Thumb drive to Format a HDD or SSD? like if i replaced the hard drive.

  • The licensing on Lion is like that for other App store software: you can install and use it on any computer you personally control. Basically, if you have an account on the computer for which you have an AppleID, you can install Lion on the computer.
