can I use the magic mouse with the stand

    Yes. The magic mouse runs through the MB's blutetooth. There shouldn't be a problem, since there should be no wires thats even better.

    You might also want to invest in a external keyboard any will work (even wired and even windows). Typing at 45 degree angle is very hard.
