Can I plug an external HardDrive into the USB port of the TC and have both the TC drive AND the external drive to share on my network?

My plan it to be able to redundantly back up my computers (3 of them). The first back-up using the TimeMachine software and the TimeCapsule. The second doing it manually to the attached external drive and hopefully wirelessly. I am trying to avoid the need to physically attrach an external HD to my computers to achieve the second redundant back-up.

    You should be able to use a USB hub to share the external drives over the network as well as printer(s) if you wish. The TC & external drives should all show up as shared drives to other computers. You'll have to set up hard drive sharing in the Airport Utility when setting up the TC.
