Should the magic mouse be on or off when being charged?
When placed on the Mobee Magic Charger, the mouse seems to charge whether on or off. Does being on or off effect the charging performance?

There should be no significant difference. For convenience, you might as well just leave the mouse on.

No you can charge the mouse either with it switched on or off.
