NO, but it is better, as the "Wand" also called a stylus, which is provided by Belkin with this pro duct does not work,it does not respond properly.
- I bought a package Holder + Wand from BigW $ 38 , and was forced to buy a different "Stylus" from Targus product AMM01TBUS for allto wor well.
There is an other Holder that works quite well from Belkin it is the FlipBlade for iPad (F5L080tt) $ 29.95still have to buy a Stylus. …- Answered by Jean-luc W from Potts Point

Yes, perfectly, the stylus also works to wake and control the display
