I have trouble with my new Apple Product

Apple provides a telephone support service* for Apple hardware and Apple software (bundled and unbundled), which you purchase from the Apple Store. The service is available for 90 days from the date of your purchase. (* You will bear the cost of telephone calls you make to this service at your national rate.)

If you have a technical question about a non-Apple branded product, please contact the manufacturer directly or Apple Store Customer Service.

   

My invoice has not been shipped with my order.

Within 3-4 days of your order being delivered, you should receive an official Apple invoice by e-mail. If you do not receive this invoice, or if you require an additional copy for your records, you will be able to print your invoice on our Self Service Website.
