    I dropped my Macbook Pro in this case (accident) and it has no damage at all, the case is fine too, its made of hard plastic and rubber.

  • the SeeThru speck case protected my laptop when i dropped it (my mac was also in a padded bag) and when i walked into a wall with it (no bag then). but the smartshell is much thinner than the SeeThru one...
