When will I receive my order?

The estimated date of delivery of your order is calculated as follows:

Estimated Leadtimes

The buildtime/availability of the items you ordered Plus
The delivery time based on distance between the warehouse location and your delivery address.

Please note that all calculations are based on business days. We will provide you with an estimated shipping and delivery date in both your order confirmation and shipment notification emails and aim to inform you should there be any changes.

How do I know my order has been accepted?

Once your order has reached Apple you will receive an email notification to confirm that your order will now be processed and advising you of estimated availability and delivery times. You can also view your order status via the Self Service website.

What is the current status of my order?

To view the most up-to-date information on your order or track your delivery, visit our Self Service website. If you are paying by credit card, you will also be able to amend your order details here. Modifyable details are marked with an ‘edit’ button. We will also send you an email once your order has been accepted and once it has shipped, containing estimated availaility and delivery times.

What can I do on the Self Service Website?

You can view the current status of your order including items ordered and estimated availability and delivery times and track your delivery. You can also:

  • reauthorise your credit card or update your credit card details
  • change your email address
  • change your delivery or billing address
  • change iPod personalisation
  • cancel your order or an item from your order
  • reprint an invoice
  • view your gift card and balance

  • Modifyable details are marked with an edit button hyperlink.

Can I change my order?

Some order details can be amended depending on the status of your order.
Please visit our Self Service website to view the status of your order. Modifyable details are marked with an ‘edit’ button.

I want to cancel my order.

If your order has not yet shipped, you can request to cancel your order via our Self Service website. If your order is preparing for shipment or already in transit, please wait for your order to be delivered before initiating the return by contacting Apple Store Customer Service. Please note that you may be liable for a return transportation charge. To find out more about returns, please click here.

How do I know Apple keep me informed of the progress of my order?

Order Placed.

Please note for credit and debit card orders, we may ask you to provide additional documentation before confirming your order or your order may be declined by your bank. If this is the case, we will contact you by email.

We aim to contact you via email or telephone if:

Order acknowledgements: You should receive an order acknowledgement only if you have used a payment method other than credit or debit card. This email contains details about how to pay for your order.

Order Processing.

Order confirmation: Once your payment has been received and your order has been accepted by Apple, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order and estimated availability and delivery dates. If you have not received this email 5 business days after making your payment or after 24 hours in case of a credit/debit card order, please contact the Apple Store Customer Service team Please note for credit/debit card orders, we may ask you to provide additional documentation before confirming your order or your order may be declined by your bank. If this is the case, we will contact you by email.

Order Dispatched.

Shipment notification: Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipment notification email, advising you of an estimated delivery date and information about how to track your order.

We aim to contact you via e-mail or telephone if:

  • we require further information from you to process your order
  • we need to make changes to your order
    (e.g. availability dates, product upgrades...)
  • we encounter problems during delivery

I have not received my order confirmation or shipment notification email.

Please make sure that the email address on your order is correct and that the email has not been directed to a spam folder.

What happens if Apple need to make changes to my order?

In some instances there may be stock contraints on certain items or items may no longer be available. We aim to inform you as soon as possible of any delays or unexpected changes via e-mail.
