Apple Collection & Recycling Service.

The collection and recycling service is available for consumers buying product(s) directly from Apple Computer International. This free service is for Apple Consumer with an Irish address in the ROI (Republic of Ireland) only. This service is not available for Consumers who don’t buy directly from Apple but from a Retailer in the ROI. Consumers are entitled to send back to Apple product(s) that are equivalent in terms of functionality and number to the new product(s) they bought from Apple.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Customer Responsibilities:
  • You must pack and ship the product (s) in accordance with Apple’s or carrier instructions, including but not limited to instructions regarding weight limitations and quantity and types of items to be recycled.
  • You must make the packed product (s) available for pickup by the carrier identified by Apple at the time specified.
  • Product(s) will not be returned to you in any cases.
  • You must ensure that the material shipped is only a material equivalent to the Apple product(s) you bought and no other product(s) or material(s). You also will ensure that the product(s) shipped match the product(s) described in your order.
Notice regarding consumer data:
  • You are responsible for removing all data that may be stored on the product(s).
  • Before you ship the products, you are responsible for deleting all data on the hard-disk drives and in any other storage devices in the product (s)
If you fail to comply with the terms and conditions, then Apple is not obliged to provide the service to you. In addition, the carrier may refuse to collect the product (s) and you may incur additional fees.

Warranty: APPLE WARRANTS THAT IT WILL PERFORM THE SERVICE WITH COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE CARE.
