Apple Gift Package

When you order a new iPod, you can add a special touch to your gift for a small fee: the Apple Gift Package, a signature gift box with a red ribbon and a personalized greeting card. Gift wrapping is available only for iPod orders.

Free Gift Message

At no charge, you can include a gift message for most items in our store - perfect if you’re having the item sent directly to someone. Just check the box that says “This is a gift” or “Add a free gift message.” You’ll then be asked to create your message during checkout. If your order includes items intended for different recipients, you can enter a message for each item so that when the gifts arrive, it will be clear which item is intended for whom.

Note: Unfortunately, some items in our store are sent directly from our suppliers and can’t include a gift message.

Hiding Price Info

Don’t worry about prices being displayed on packing slips. For all orders, prices are included only in the email invoice and never on the packing slip. So if you have a gift shipped directly to family or friends, they won’t see how much it cost.

Personalize iPod with Laser Engraving

If you’re giving iPod as a gift, add an engraving to make it even more special. Personalized laser engraving is available only at the online Apple Store. Here’s how it works: First, add the iPod you want to your Apple Store shopping cart. Then you’ll be asked whether you want personalized engraving. Just enter your text and see what it looks like.

The online Apple Store offers free ground shipping on all orders over $50.00. Items in our Holiday Gift Guide also qualify for free ground shipping, no matter how big the order. Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased as a gift between October 31 and December 24, 2006, can be returned until January 8, 2007. All purchases made after December 24th are subject to the Apple Store standard Purchase Policies, which require returns to be made within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase.
