Sign in as a buyer
To purchase with school funds you must first register to become an Apple Authorized Purchaser
On the Education Apple Store, select the link, register to be an online purchaser which directs you to the registration page. Once you complete the registration page, Apple will notify you when you can access the store as an authorized purchaser. This process can take Apple from 3-4 business days to complete.

General Instructions Section:
  • Steps 1-3, that are listed under General Instructions(1)Do Not apply to Education purchasers. Please begin registering by first creating a new login name(2).
Manager Information
  • You Must provide your Manager's(3)information so Apple can obtain authorization from your school. If you enter your own name in this field, your registration will Not be processed.
Customer Account Number
  • You Must provide a valid Apple Account Number(4) or your registration cannot be processed. If you need help, call your Apple representative

Submit Registration..Receive Thank You Page
  • Click the 'Register Now' button at the bottom of the Registration page and you will be taken to a 'Thank you' page(5). If you do not receive the 'Thank you' page, Apple will Not receive your registration. You will need to register again.
When can I sign into the Purchaser's Website?
  • You will not be able to sign into the purchaser's website until you receive confirmation from Apple that your registration has been completed. It may be 3-4 business days before you receive this confirmation from Apple.
Error Message..'Account Already In Use'....What do I do?
  • When you click
    'Register Now'
    at the bottom of the registration page, if you get the error message 'account already in use you will need to change the information you entered in the Login(2) field, to something different.
