Can I purchase the qualifying products anywhere?

No, you must purchase at the following locations in the US or the District of Columbia:

If my purchase was made through the Apple Online Store or through Apple Telesales, what date is used as the ‘purchase date’?

For online or phone orders, purchase date is defined as the ship date. You must submit the rebate within 30 days of the ship date.

I purchased a product that will not ship until after the promotion. Do I still qualify for the rebate?

Yes, if you purchased or preordered the eligible product within the promotion period and on the same receipt. In the event that a qualifying product is ordered during the promotion dates and shipped after the end of the promotion, Apple will process these claims if they are postmarked within 30 days of the ship date.

If my products are on the same sales order but are shipped on different dates with two separate receipts, will I still qualify?

Yes. If multiple receipts have the same sales order or web order number, they satisfy the same-day and same-receipt requirement. You must submit both receipts. You must submit the rebate within 30 days of the last ship date.

If I ordered a qualifying Mac before the promotion announcement and it hasn't shipped can I add an iPod to the same order and qualify for the promotion?

No — you must order your qualifying products between June 5, 2006 and September 16, 2006.

If I buy my Mac at the Apple online store before the promotion announcement, can I return it so that I can repurchase with a qualifying iPod to participate in the promotion?

No. The qualifying products must have been originally purchased on the same day, between June 5, 2006 and September 16, 2006.

If I am applying for more than one Apple rebate related to the purchase of my Apple computer, what do I need to do if each one calls for an original UPC label?

If you qualify for more than one Apple promotion that requires you to submit the computer UPC label, you may use the original computer UPC label for one of the claims and make photocopies for the others. Please indicate which promotion contains the original computer UPC label.

Do I have to cut out the entire UPC Label? Where do I find the UPC labels on the box? How will I recognize them?

Yes, you must cut out the entire label, including the part number with bar code, the serial number with bar code, the product description and all the layers of cardboard and/or plastic backing. The UPC label may be located anywhere on the outside of the box.
