What is 1-Click? How do I turn 1-Click on and off? How much time do I have to change my 1-Click order? How do I review my 1-Click order? I still have a question. Whom should I contact? What is 1-Click? 1-Click is a convenient feature that allows you to purchase anything at the Apple Store with a single click of your mouse. Simply activate 1-Click on your computer, select a product for purchase, and click the “Buy Now with 1-Click” button. 1-Click is a registered service mark of Amazon.com, Inc., used under license. You must have an Apple Store account to use 1-Click. To activate 1-Click, click the “Sign Up for 1-Click” button on the Apple Store home page. To use 1-Click, simply select the products you wish to purchase, then click the “Buy Now with 1-Click” button. With the exception of electronic software downloads, you have 90 minutes to make changes or cancel your 1-Click order. By activating 1-Click preferences, you state that you agree to the terms of our sales and refunds policy which can be accessed via the Sales and Refunds link at the bottom of most Apple Store pages. How do I turn 1-Click on and off? You can enable or disable 1-Click at any time by changing your Apple Store account preferences. Select the “Your Account” link at the top of any Apple Store page and sign in. To activate 1-Click, click the “Change 1-Click Settings” link, complete your profile if necessary, and click the “Turn 1-Click On” button. To deactivate 1-Click, sign in, select the “Change 1-Click Settings” link, then click the “Turn 1-Click Off” button. You can also change your 1-Click settings from the Apple Store home page. A link at the top right will say either “1-Click Is OFF” or “1-Click Is ON.” To change your 1-Click status, select the link and proceed as previously instructed. How much time do I have to change my 1-Click order? With the exception of electronic software downloads, items ordered using 1-Click are processed at the end of a 90-minute waiting period. During this time, you can modify or cancel your order. How do I review my 1-Click order? After you place your 1-Click order, you’ll see a confirmation page containing your order number. This page also features an “Edit 1-Click Order” button that shows you what you’ve ordered. In addition, you’ll receive an e-mail confirmation at your Apple ID address.
